Q. How can I make payment to you and do you accept cash?
A. You can make a payment to Dial4242 thru digital mechanism such as
google pay, paytm, UPI, Net banking or cash. Digital payment is
preferred.
Q. Can I reimburse ambulances bill from my insurance company?
A. You will need to check directly with your HR or insurance company.
Q. In how many days I will get the refund?
A. Within 24 to 48 hrs.
Q. I was charged different earlier, why the rates have changed?
A. The charges for the same location, same route taken, same type of
ambulance, No additional equipment will always be the same. The only
difference will be night charges if the trip is taken between 11 pm and 7
am.
