Q. How much time do you take to deliver the ambulance?
A. Our average Turnaround Time (TAT) for
- Basic ambulance is 15-20 minutes
- ICU ambulance is 25-30 minutes
Q. What in case I am calling from a non-serviceable city will you
assist me?
A. Yes, we will definitely try and assist you in a non-serviceable city, but
there will no surety on TAT for ambulance
Q. How soon I can cancel the ride if I change my mind?
A. If you cancel the ambulance within 5 minutes, no charges will apply
If Ambulance has been dispatched towards the pickup location, 50%
charges will be applicable as cancellation charges
Q. Can I change my location/destination once the ambulance is
booked?
A. Yes you can but the charges will differ from the current charges.
